Privacy Policy

Super Potato., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “SPC”) shall establish policies and develop a system for the protection of personal information. By having all employees understand the importance of the protection of personal information and by ensuring their full compliance of the system, SPC shall enhance the protection of personal information.

1. Personal Information Management

In order to maintain accurate clients’ information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, a leakage etc. of information, SPC shall take necessary preventive measures such as maintenance of a security system and a management system, thorough management of employees’ education etc.

2. Use of Personal Information

Private information collected from clients shall be used when SPC replies to received emails and inquiries and provide their information to clients.

3. Prohibition of Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

SPC shall properly manage personal information collected from clients and shall not disclose any information to third parties expect in cases:
・With consent with clients
・Where SPC discloses information to their subcontracting companies in order to perform design/construction/coordination which clients request for.
・Where disclosure is required by law.

4. Safety Measures for Protecting Personal Information

SPC shall take thorough security measures to ensure the accuracy and security of collected personal information.

5. Verification of Personal Information

SPC shall verify/amend/delete any personal information collected by clients. This will only be handled upon identity verification.

6. Compliance with Laws and Codes/Revision of Policies

SPC shall comply with the laws and other codes of Japan which apply to personal information SPC retains and accordingly review the said policies for improvement.
